Are agencies publishing more case studies now?
I’m curious whether agencies are publishing more case studies now.
They’re obviously valuable. They show what the agency actually does, give sales something concrete to point to, and probably make the next client easier to close.
But they also seem like exactly the kind of thing that used to sit near the bottom of the priority list forever unless the agency had dedicated content people. Client work was always more urgent.
That feels like it should be changing pretty quickly with agents.
An agent can pull together the project notes, emails, deliverables, and results. It can interview the person who ran the project, draft the story, and chase down whatever is missing. The agency still has to decide what’s worth saying and get the client’s approval, but most of the work between “we should write this up” and a finished draft can become a workflow.
I wonder if agencies are actually doing this yet, or if case studies are still sitting on the same list of important things nobody gets around to.
