Agent quota at night

I have no idea how people are running all sorts of agents at night I'm barely staying under quota from what I'm doing during the day and I'm constantly compacting when session context gets in the 40% range.

And this is on Codex, which from what I understand has way better usage limits than Claude on the Pro plan.
