Paid voice crosses the presence threshold

The thing I didn’t expect with voice AI is how much the actual voice matters.

I tried the free ElevenLabs voice first and it felt like a decent voiceover.

Then I switched to one of the paid voices and it crossed some weird threshold where it started to feel like a presence.

Feels kinda similar to VR. Tiny differences in realism make a huge difference in whether your brain buys it.
